Fat Bastard once said: “I eat because I’m unhappy, and I’m unhappy because I eat.”
Some nights I lay awake at night, pondering Mr. Bastard’s immortal words. And I wonder: how would Fat feel if he opened my fridge and saw nearly empty shelves?
Would he be happy? Or would he be angry? Would he eat me?
As you can see, food is not the only thing I’m running low on today.

Snack: Builders protein bar
Lunch: Baked salmon, Broccoli Crunch from Whole Foods
Snack: Greek yogurt
Dinner: Baked salmon (from Whole Foods), apple, raw cashews
