No movement on the Friday Weigh-in
Damn.
No progress since last week on the Unofficial Unofficial Scale, although my weight on the Official Unofficial Scale showed a five-pound drop. In fact, it appears I’ve gained 0.6 pounds on the Unofficial Unofficial Scale since last week and I’m still on the threshold of breaking into the 230s. Let’s just call it a push.
I want to get below 240 and into the 230s. That would mean a lot to me, because the 230s gets me to a place where I’m staring down the hall at an earlier version of myself. He walked this Earth just three years ago.

Snack: Protein shake.
Lunch: Baked salmon, apple, string cheese.
Snack: Builder’s protein bar, string cheese.
Dinner: Chinese-style pork, Broccoli Crunch.
